01Introduction
Welcome to Revat Crypto Fund.
These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use the Revat Crypto Fund website and the services it offers.
Revat’s proposed business model connects evaluated cryptocurrency traders with investor-selected trading capital through separately managed cryptocurrency exchange accounts or subaccounts.
Revat’s activities may include trader screening, performance evaluation, risk monitoring, investor onboarding, trading account administration, and related reporting.
When you use our services, you are agreeing to follow the rules and guidelines outlined in these Terms.
02Service provider and agreements
Legal Service Provider: To be confirmed.
Registered Address: To be confirmed.
Contact Email: To be confirmed.
These Terms do not, by themselves, establish an investment agreement, authorize Revat Crypto Fund to trade on your behalf, or grant a trader access to capital. Such activities require separate applicable agreements and approvals.
03Eligibility
To use relevant Revat Crypto Fund services, you must:
- Meet the minimum legal age applicable to the service and jurisdiction.
- Be legally able to make and commit to formal agreements.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Satisfy any applicable identity verification and eligibility requirements.
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Not be prohibited from participating by applicable sanctions, restrictions, or legal requirements.
Access to certain services may be restricted by country, investor classification, exchange availability, or regulatory requirements.
Revat Crypto Fund may decline an application or restrict participation where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
04Investors and traders
Revat Crypto Fund proposed operating model involves two principal participant groups.
Eligible investors may apply to allocate trading capital to evaluated cryptocurrency trading strategies.
The proposed structure uses investor-owned cryptocurrency exchange accounts or subaccounts, with restricted trading API permissions.
Participation, allocation size, applicable fees, profit-sharing arrangements, and trading permissions are subject to separate agreements and approval.
Traders may apply to participate in a screening and evaluation process intended to assess trading experience, strategy performance, risk management, and operational suitability.
Qualification may involve:
- Review of historical trading records.
- Verification of trading logs.
- Demo trading or read-only account analysis.
- Risk and drawdown assessment.
- Small live-account validation.
- Ongoing performance and risk monitoring.
Passing any evaluation stage does not automatically entitle a trader to receive capital, continue trading, or receive compensation.
05Account structure and API permissions
Under the proposed Revat Crypto Fund model, trading capital is maintained in investor-owned exchange accounts or subaccounts rather than being transferred into a common Revat Crypto Fund trading pool.
The proposed operating structure includes:
- Investor-controlled exchange accounts.
- Restricted trading API access.
- Disabled withdrawal permissions for trading APIs.
- Monitoring of trading activity and risk exposure.
- Reporting and reconciliation of trading performance.
The final rights and responsibilities of investors, Revat Crypto Fund, traders, and exchange providers must be defined in the relevant executed agreements.
Turning off withdrawal permissions does not prevent trading losses, liquidations, exchange failures, or other financial risks.
06Investor allocations
Investor allocations may be subject to eligibility checks, operational requirements, minimum allocation amounts, and risk assessment.
The investor deck describes a proposed model involving a minimum of 10 traders with an allocation of 1,000 USDT per trader.
These figures are indicative business-model parameters, not universally applicable contractual minimums.
Actual allocation requirements must be confirmed during onboarding and in the applicable investor agreement.
Revat Crypto Fund may review trader capacity, strategy suitability, account permissions, market conditions, and operational readiness before accepting an allocation.
No allocation is considered active until the relevant agreement, permissions, and onboarding requirements are complete.
07Trader evaluation and conduct
Traders must provide accurate information about their trading experience, performance, strategies, and relevant account history.
Where trader evaluation is offered, Revat Crypto Fund may assess:
- Trading consistency and historical performance.
- Maximum drawdown and risk exposure.
- Position sizing and leverage.
- Compliance with defined trading rules.
- Quality and verifiability of trading records.
- Performance during demo or live validation.
- Conduct and adherence to applicable agreements.
The applicable trader rules or agreement must specify evaluation criteria, permitted strategies, trading limits, disqualification conditions, and appeal procedures.
Revat may reject or discontinue a trader’s participation where justified under the applicable rules, including for misrepresentation, unauthorized activity, material risk breaches, or other specified violations.
Trader selection does not guarantee profitable performance.
08Risk management
Revat’s proposed model includes a risk management system intended to monitor trading activity and intervene when defined risk conditions occur.
The investor deck describes a risk framework designed to intervene before a 10% subaccount equity loss.
This is a proposed risk intervention threshold, not a guaranteed maximum loss, stop-loss guarantee, or capital protection commitment.
Actual losses may exceed intended limits because of:
- Market volatility and rapid price changes.
- Slippage and insufficient liquidity.
- Leverage and liquidation.
- Exchange outages or trading interruptions.
- API connectivity failures.
- Delayed execution or monitoring.
- Other operational or market events.
Final risk limits, intervention powers, and responsibilities must be documented in the applicable trading and investor agreements.
09Profit sharing and compensation
Revat’s proposed model uses performance-aligned compensation.
The investor deck describes indicative profit-sharing arrangements in which:
- Investors receive 60% and Revat Crypto Fund receives 40% of applicable net trading profits.
- For allocations above 1 million USDT per investor, the indicative split is approximately 75% to investors and 25% to Revat Crypto Fund.
- Revat Crypto Fund pays trader compensation from its share.
These arrangements are indicative and subject to final agreement.
The final contractual terms must define:
- How net trading profits are calculated.
- Applicable trading fees and other deductions.
- Treatment of realized and unrealized gains or losses.
- Treatment of prior trading losses.
- Settlement periods and payment conditions.
- Disputes, reconciliation, and corrections.
- Applicable taxes and other charges.
No profit-sharing entitlement arises solely from reading this website or submitting an application.
10Trading risk and performance
Cryptocurrency trading is speculative and involves significant financial risk.
Revat Crypto Fund does not guarantee that any trading strategy, trader, or investor allocation will generate profits.
The investor deck refers to an indicative monthly net performance target of 3–5%, tailored to allocation size and risk appetite.
This is a target only. It is not a forecast, guaranteed return, promised monthly payment, or assurance of future performance.
Actual results may be positive, negative, or zero. Investors may lose part or all of their allocated trading capital.
Historical trading results, demo performance, and pilot outcomes are not reliable guarantees of future results.
11Corporate growth capital
Revat Crypto Fund may separately seek corporate growth capital to support business operations, trader validation, technology, risk management, and expansion.
Corporate growth capital is distinct from investor trading allocations.
A corporate investment, if offered, would be governed by separate legally reviewed investment documents, eligibility requirements, and negotiated terms.
The proposed corporate fundraising model described in the investor deck does not promise monthly corporate payouts.
Nothing in these website Terms constitutes an offer to sell, or solicitation to purchase, corporate securities.

These exchanges operate independently and maintain their own terms, eligibility restrictions, trading rules, and risk controls.
Exchange availability, account access, API functionality, and supported services may vary by jurisdiction.
Revat Crypto Fund cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party exchange infrastructure.
The identification of an exchange does not imply that the exchange sponsors, endorses, or guarantees Revat Crypto Fund services.

Revat’s investor deck does not establish a final public fee schedule.

These Terms do not remove or limit any responsibilities that the law says cannot be excluded.
Trading losses, unauthorised activity, technical failures, contractual breaches, and operational incidents must be addressed under applicable law and executed agreements.
Specific liability caps, exclusions, indemnities, and remedies require legal review before publication.
